At TeLoArreglo we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy describes what data we collect, for what purpose, and what rights you have.
Data We Collect
When you create an account and use the app we collect the following data:
Contact data: name and email address.
Identifiers: a unique user identifier (UUID) generated on sign-up and a push notification token tied to your device.
Location data: the city you enter during onboarding and, when you post or browse nearby jobs, the precise location (latitude and longitude) of the job or your device. You can hide the exact location of jobs you post.
User content: photos you upload to the jobs you post, images and descriptions you add to your professional portfolio, and reviews (1-5 star rating and free text) you write about contractors after a completed job.
App and device usage data: device model, operating system, app version and basic usage events required to operate the service.
Diagnostic data: crash reports and performance metrics collected via Sentry. This data is anonymous: we do not attach your user identifier to crash reports.
Purposes of Processing
We use the collected data to:
Provide and maintain app functionality (post jobs, connect customers with contractors, manage your profile).
Show nearby jobs and allow geolocation of the jobs you post.
Send push notifications related to your jobs and applications (new offer, acceptance, status changes).
Detect and fix application errors (anonymous diagnostic data).
Communicate important updates about the service.
Sharing Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:
Service providers required to operate the application: Supabase (database, authentication and image storage), Apple Push Notification service (notification delivery) and Sentry (anonymous error diagnostics).
Other users of the platform when inherent to the service: customers who post a job see the name, portfolio and reviews of the contractors who apply; contractors see the name, photos and location of the customer's job.
Competent authorities when required by law or to protect TeLoArreglo's and its users' rights and security.
Retention and Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account at any time from the Profile screen of the application. When you do, we start a two-phase deletion process:
Phase 1 (immediate): your account and any open jobs you posted are marked as deleted and become invisible. You cannot log in during this period.
Phase 2 (after 30 days): an automatic daily job permanently and irreversibly deletes your account and all associated data (profile, jobs, applications, portfolio, reviews, registered devices and notifications).
During these 30 days you can request to cancel the process by writing to the contact email below. Once the period expires deletion is irreversible.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at the email below.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access or disclosure. Authentication uses secure tokens stored in the device keychain and all communication with our servers is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
