Welcome to TeLoArreglo. By using our app you accept the following terms and conditions.

Use of the App

TeLoArreglo is a platform that connects people who need household tasks done with professionals who can perform them. You agree to use the app for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation.

User Accounts

To use certain features you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Job Postings

When posting a job you declare that the information provided is accurate and that you have the necessary permissions to request the service.

Professionals

Professionals are responsible for the quality of the work performed and for complying with applicable tax and labor laws.

Applications and Withdrawal

As a professional you can apply to an open job and, while the application is pending, withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal is irreversible: once withdrawn you will not be able to apply to the same job again. If the customer accepts your application you remain bound to the job until it is marked as completed.

User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions and reviews you publish. By uploading them you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them inside the application for the sole purpose of operating the service. You agree not to publish content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, sexually explicit, infringes third-party rights, or constitutes spam.

Moderation and Content Removal

We reserve the right to review, hide or remove any content posted in the app (jobs, photos, portfolio or reviews) when it violates these terms or applicable law. In serious or repeated cases we may suspend or terminate the responsible user's account without prior notice.

Reviews and Reputation

Reviews are published only after a completed job and reflect the customer's personal opinion of the professional. You must write them honestly and without insulting language. Manipulating the reputation system (review exchange, multi-accounting, etc.) is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

TeLoArreglo acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the agreements, transactions or outcomes of services rendered between users and professionals.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on this page.
